The company was founded in 2004 by E. Anthony Wilson, former CEO of a New York-based hotel development, ownership and management company. With members of his New York development team, the HHC Florida group offers industry expertise and dealmaking experience unequalled in the sector.

Selected Palm Beach County properties in the HHC portfolio include the prestigious Seagate Hotel and Spa, The Seagate Residences and The Seagate Beach Club in Delray Beach. In New York, the group owns the Canandaigua Inn on the Lake, located in the Finger Lakes region; and in North Carolina, The Brookwood Inn, serving Duke Medical Center in Durham.
